This includes some large parcels with acreage and some smaller lot size parcelsThe property has several hundred feet of frontage on Grayson Parkway and is across from the east west crossover. The property also has some road frontage on Sugar Shack Rd and a large amount of frontage on both sides of Peaceful Lane. Most of this proerty is wooded.

There is no upset bid raise period. The high bid at the live auction will be the final bid. All (8) of these parcels will be sold together as a single property. The auction will be held live on location at the property. There is no minimum opening bid amount, the sale is subject to confirmation.

SELLER – This property is being sold by CBA for the Reciever who has been appointed in this matter.
