The property is located at the end of a private drive that is off of Pipers Gap Road. Tax records indicate that the home is 1,874 SF with (3) bedrooms and (1) full bath. The house is located on the southernmost edge of the property, closest to the road. The remainder of the property appears to be completly wooded. There is a deeded access to the property.

The sale amount amount is subject to a (10) day mandatory upset bid raise period. Bid raises made after the live auction must be of a minimum of 5% more than the recorded bid amount and must be accompanied with a cash or certified funds amount of 5% of the new bid amount or $750.00, whichever is greater.
