We conducted (3) separate real estate auctions on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 10:00am in Edward, NC. All of the auctions were held at the 5605 Bonnerton Road location. These auction are being held for the Executor in the Matter of Rosa Lee Booth Minor.
AUCTION 1 - 35+/- acres "cut-over" woodland
This property is located approximately 1/2 mile off of NC HWY 33 accessed via a dirt path located beside 17661 NC HWY 33 East, Blounts Creek, NC. Beaufort County REID 21476. The timber was harvested from this property several years ago and appears to be natural "re-growth".
AUCTION 2 - 6+/- acres "cut-over" woodland
This property is located approximately 500' off of Minor Run Road behind 744 Minor Run Road, Edward, NC. The property has access via a recorded easement across parcels 48228 and 48229. Beaufort County REID 48230. This property was clear cut several years ago and has minimal "re-growth".

SELLER – This property is being sold by CBA for the property owner or representative.
BUYER - The Buyer must complete any due dilligence they deem necessary prior to bidding.
THE PROPERTY IS BEING SOLD “FREE & CLEAR” OF LIENS – Any liens, if any, will be satisfied at or before closing and is being sold free of all known liens.
THE PROPERTY IS BEING SOLD “AS IS, WHERE IS” – This property is being sold in its current condition with no Buyer contingencies. The information included in the advertising, sales packages, and other is intended for general information purposes only. DEPOSIT - A deposit in the amount of 10% of the high bid amount is required by the high bidder immediately upon completion of the auction. Cash or check is accepted.
CLOSING – The balance of the sales amount will be due at closing. The Buyer will have (30) days from the time of confirmation to close on the property.
TAXES - The property is being sold with taxes prorated as of day of closing, meaning the current year taxes will be split between the Buyer and the Seller based on the closing date; the Seller will pay all prior year’s taxes.
NO BUYER’S PREMIUM - THIS IS A PUBLIC AUCTION
