We conducted (3) separate real estate auctions on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 10:00am in Edward, NC. All of the auctions were held at the 5605 Bonnerton Road location. These auction are being held for the Executor in the Matter of Rosa Lee Booth Minor.
AUCTION 1 - 35+/- acres "cut-over" woodland
This property is located approximately 1/2 mile off of NC HWY 33 accessed via a dirt path located beside 17661 NC HWY 33 East, Blounts Creek, NC. Beaufort County REID 21476. The timber was harvested from this property several years ago and appears to be natural "re-growth".
AUCTION 2 - 6+/- acres "cut-over" woodland
This property is located approximately 500' off of Minor Run Road behind 744 Minor Run Road, Edward, NC. The property has access via a recorded easement across parcels 48228 and 48229. Beaufort County REID 48230. This property was clear cut several years ago and has minimal "re-growth".

This property is located at 5605 Bonnerton Road, Edward, NC. Tax records identify the property as being built in 1900 with multiple additions. The 2-story home is currently listed as having 2,852 square feet of total living space. An extensive kitchen and bathroom remodel has been done in recent years. The home is in fair overall condition, there are however a few areas where repairs are needed.
