The property is located across the road from 106 Cullop Lane.

    SELLER – This property is being sold by CBA for the Reciever who has been appointed in this matter.

    THE PROPERTY IS BEING SOLD “FREE & CLEAR” OF LIENS – Any liens, if any, will be satisfied at or before closing and is being sold free of all known liens. Buyer will receive marketable title to the property.
