This auction is of (2) vacant residential lots in Albemarle Sound Beach Subdivision near Jarvisburg, NC. This neighborhood is located off of Caratoke Hwy (Hwy 158) between Point Harbor and Grandy, NC. Lots 34 & 35 (184 Michael Street) are located on the northwest corner of Albemarle Street and Michael Street. Both lots will be sold together. This is an older subdivision with a mix of manufactured and conventionally built homes, but there is a current boom in development in this area of the subdivision with several recently completed homes and several more under construction. The streets in this neighborhood appear to be privately owned and maintained. Some are in fair condition, others need work, but there are a lot of homes in this subdivision.
The auction will be held live on location at the property on Friday, August 15, 2025 at 10am. There is no upset bid raise period for this auction, the high bid at the live auction will be the selling price and is subject only to Court confirmation. The property is being sold "free and clear" of all know liens. Taxes will be prorated as of day of closing. This is being sold "as is, where is". We have no indormation as to water, sewer, septic, or other utlity access.
