Office Manager

Samantha Dunn Whedbee ("Sam"), Office Manager, started working part time on auction days while in high school and college before joining our team full time in 2022 as our Office Manager in charge of both our main office and auction offices. Her exuberant personality, strong work ethic, and organizational skills make her a great asset to the company. Sam oversees daily office operations, accounting, titles, etc. and also manages our auction day offices responsible for registration, check-out, and accounting. Sam is also a North Carolina Licensed Auctioneer.

“Sam”, daughter of Auctioneer/Broker Dewey Dunn, is a second-generation Country Boys Auction & Realty employee and has been around the auction industry her entire life. She attended East Carolina University where she was a NCAA Division I volleyball player and graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor's Degree as Health Fitness Specialist. Sam is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist and continues to train clients and volleyball players in her spare time.

Sam married husband Nick Whedbee in September of 2021. They purchased a home in Simpson, NC in the same area that they both grew up, where they live with their beloved Golden Retriever, “Bleu”.
