    AUCTION 1 - 3,989 square foot brick home situated on a 3.38+/- acre residential lot. This large 2-story home was built in 1999 and has (4) bedrooms, (4) full baths, separate office area, attached 2-car garage, detached 2-car garage with large shelter on the rear, bonus rooms, and more. The home appears to be in good structural condition but does need some internal repairs and upgrades (mostly floor covering replacement and floor repair). With a little work, this could be a very nice home. A small portion of this property is located in the flood plain area, but not the portion with the home.     TAXES - The property is being sold with taxes prorated as of day of closing, meaning the current year taxes will be split between the Buyer and the Seller based on the closing date; the Seller will pay all prior year’s taxes.
