* You are responsible for item when you buy it.
* All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" in its current condition, with no guarantees or warranties from the Seller. The Buyer accepts the property "with all faults", whether or not they are immediately apparent.

* Bidder inspection is encouraged.

* 5 % Buyer's premium rate charged.
* Wire transfers for payment are preferred. Credit and Debit cards are also accepted with a 4% convenience fee (5% convenience fee for American Express). Checks are also accepted for items that are picked up in person by Thursday December 12th..
* Pickup by December 20th. Monday through Friday 8am - 4pm EST - NO Weekends
* Buyer is responsible for all shipping. We have contacts for shipping upon request.
* All court disputes will be handled by Beaufort County State Court of North Carolina.
* We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in case of system failures.
