This auction is of (2) large parcels of land (sold seperatly) located on Parkton-Tobermory Road just south of Fayetteville, NC in Robeson County. These properties are located approximately 1/4 mile off of HWY 301 and just over a mile from I-95 in a rural residential area just east of Parkton, NC. Both parcels are divided by W. Parkton Tobermory Road (SR 1723) with a large amount of road frontage on both sides of the highway. These properties will be sold seperatly and will not be combined.
These auctions are a part of a multi-parcel sale that will be held live at 10:00am on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 1079 Parkton Tobermory Road (a few hundred yards SE of the properties). Signs with maps are posted on the property. This large wooded parcel is located just east of the intersection of Blue Rd. and Parkton Tobermory Rd. on both the north and south sides of the road. Almost the entire property is wooded. There are (2) attached maps for this property, the first is of the north side of the road and the second of the south side of the road.
The section of this parcel on the north side of the road contains approximately 60 acres and has approximately 1,000 feet of road frontage.
The section of this parcel on the south side of the road contains approximately 70 acres and has approximately 1,300 feet of road frontage.
Both the north and south sections of this parcel will be sold together as a single 134+/- acre parcel.

Almost the entire property is wooded. Both portions of this parcel (the north side and south side of the road) are shown on a single parcel map. There is a small family cemetary (approximately 1 acre) that will be carved out of this parcel by survey prior to closing and will not be included as part of "Parcel 2"
The section of this parcel on the north side of the road will contain approximately 43 acres and will have approximately 800 feet of road frontage after the cemetary is carved out.
The section of this parcel on the south side of the road contains approximately 9 acres and has approximaetly 650 feet of road frontage.
