FIREARM REQUIREMNTS

ALL FIREARM PURCHASES - All FFL firearm sales rules and regulations will apply. Firearm transfer will be performed by a licensed FFL dealer. The transfer fee for North Carolina residents will be paid by the Seller. You MUST pay for your firearm purchase at the Country Boys Auction facility before leaving the auction. You can then take your paid receipt from CBA to Hunter’s Point Sporting Clays located at 506 Decoy Drive where our FFL dealer will complete your paperwork. Once your paperwork is complete, they will hand you your firearm. You can pick up firearms beginning 1 hour after the last firearm is sold and until 4:30pm on Saturday.

*Directions to Hunter’s Point Sporting Clays. From our facility, turn left on W. 5th St. (towards Greenville) for approximately ½ mile. Turn right at the 2nd traffic light (ramp onto HWY 17 N towards Williamston). Travel approximately 3 miles and turn right onto Decoy Drive. Follow Decoy Dr. approximately ½ mile to Hunter’s Point Sporting Clays

HANDGUN PURCHASE - A current and valid concealed carry permit or single-purchase gun permit is required for each handgun purchase. A current state or federal issued matching ID is also required.

RIFLE/SHOTGUN PURCHASE - A NICS background check will be required for all sales of rifles and shotguns OR a current and valid concealed carry permit or single-purchase gun permit can be used for each firearm purchase.

NORTH CAROLINA RESIDENTS - North Carolina residents can purchase firearms and once they have paid AND their paperwork has been completed and approved, they can take their purchased firearms with them.

OUT OF STATE BUYERS - Out of state purchasers will have to pay to have their firearm purchases shipped to a FFL dealer in their home state and pay that dealer any and all transfer fees and upon completion and approval of transfer paperwork they will pick their firearm purchases up from that dealer.

*Sales tax will be charged on all items. The dealer transfer fee (instate buyers) will be paid by the Seller and is not an additional charge to the Buyer. There is no Buyer’s Premium.
