This NYLE SYSTEMS FD 24 is a 12-rack chamber system (20 trays per rack) has electric heat pump dehydration with adjustable temperature (80 - 160 degrees), humidity, and air flow. Food grade construction and approval, remote monitoring system. The reccomended uses for this unit are for drying fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood, nuts, seeds, herbs, spices, etc.
