Hill's Point is a nice quiet riverfront neighborhood with multiple piers & docks, nice sandy beach, private boat ramp, etc. on the south shore of the Pamlico River.     795 Hollis is a "second row" lot and home that is one row off of waterfront. The home still has views of the Pamlico with all of the ammenities. All of the lots in Hill's Point are small lots with shared septic systems. This home is raised (parking underneath for multiple vehicles, golf cart, boat, etc.) on very nice treated pilings and support with concrete under the entire home.
